International Resort Hotel Yurakujo Narita, Narita

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The rooms were so comfortable and clean, perfect for my business trip. The service was efficient and helpful, especially the doorman with our luggage. The location was just right for an airport hotel, far enough from the noise but convenient for the airport and Tokyo. The dining experience was very good with a range of breakfast items. Overall, a great value for money choice.

My stay at the Radisson Narita in Tokyo was a mixed experience. The rooms were very comfortable and quite spacious, but had some issues like phone malfunctions, flushing not working, and a temporary electrical problem. The slamming doors were quite disruptive for a while after my check-in, and there were delays in updates about room readiness.

The hotel room was comfortable and had a wonderful view of Mount Fuji, slightly smaller than expected for a Radisson but still larger than typical Japanese hotels. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location was convenient with easy access to nearby attractions, though limited dining options nearby. The dining experience was excellent with a wide breakfast spread. Overall, a comfortable stay with some minor drawbacks.

However, it can be a bit out of the way and take more than 45 minutes to get to/from the busy airport during peak times due to traffic.
